As a Supply Chain Network Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain planning performance, ensuring the efficient delivery of water-related solutions to our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, using your expertise to drive improvements in service, cost, safety, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate medium- to long-term demand forecasts into actionable network supply plans.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve planning performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, systems, and analytics.
- Design and implement strategies for manufacturing efficiency, inventory management, and distribution network optimization.
- Lead the development of an optimized supply plan for the mid/long-term horizon, maximizing efficiency targets while minimizing working capital costs.
What theyre looking for:
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and the use of Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain planning in related fields and industries.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Ideally coming from a planning background.
- Has experience with rough-cut capacity planning as part of S&OP cycle.
