Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email.
3. Prepare customer billings for all jobs and follow-up with collections.
4. Manage accounts receivable/payable.
5. Assist with on-boarding new employees.
6. Assist with weekly payroll, benefits programs, and scheduling.
7. Preparing pre construction paperwork.
8. Request permits and inspections for each job.
9. Gather information and prepare financial reports.
10. Assist with inventory management and ordering.
Hours
7-1pm Mon-Fri ~ 30 per week
Salary
18-23/hr based on experience.
