ABOUT THE STEALTHCO


The StealthCo is a soon-to-launch venture-backed D2C telehealth platform operating in the aesthetic dermatology space. The founding team includes world-renowned aesthetic health physicians and leading healthcare venture capital firms. The company is in platform development mode with a go-live planned for late 2023/early 2024.


ABOUT THE JOB


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Associate to support strategic growth and drive efficient program management across all aspects of the business. This role will play a key role in the development and management of the telehealth physician network, working closely with the leadership team and physician advisory board.

This role will be one of the StealthCo’s first full-time hires and will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, especially network development, marketing, product, and strategy.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT


  • Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement and satisfaction through targeted communications and outreach initiatives
  • Strategic Planning
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings and help track timelines, deliverables, and program updates with key leadership and external stakeholders
  • Network Development
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across all lines of the business to improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop project plans, define milestones, and track progress to ensure timely completion of company goals and objectives
  • Assist in the development of business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
  • Serve as primary point of contact for network physicians, addressing all inquiries
  • Prepare regular reports on network growth, physician performance, and operational metrics for both internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap
  • Foster positive relationships & ensure high rates of physician satisfaction/engagement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the platform, escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate teams
  • Collect user feedback and identify patterns or trends in user behavior and communicate insights to the product team
  • Collaborate with development, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction as a first line of feedback, triaging concerns to appropriate parties
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials and user guides
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of network providers, contracts, communications
  • Program Management
  • Guide network physicians through the onboarding process, including account setup and platform navigation, delivering training sessions as necessary
  • Customer Success
  • Create/maintain corporate scorecards to monitor and communicate key business metrics
  • Develop / monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness
  • Proactively engage with users (physicians and customers) to encourage adoption and utilization of the system


ON YOUR FIRST DAY WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE


  • 2-3 years work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startup
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business administration, management, or related field
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and a proficiency with project management tools and software
