The StealthCo is a soon-to-launch venture-backed D2C telehealth platform operating in the aesthetic dermatology space. The founding team includes world-renowned aesthetic health physicians and leading healthcare venture capital firms. The company is in platform development mode with a go-live planned for late 2023/early 2024.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director & Head of Brand to successfully lead, create and execute brand marketing and go-to-market plans that drive awareness, engage consumers, and nurture interest in the StealthCo through thoughtful brand storytelling, data-driven insights, and creative innovation – all grounded in a consumer-centric integrated marketing approach. This role will lead the development and implementation of the StealthCo’s brand marketing strategy to drive and support our launch and product roadmap.
This role will be one of the StealthCo’s first full-time hires and will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, especially growth marketing, product, strategy, and network development.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Oversee brand marketing team (storytelling and graphic design) to deliver messaging and creative for paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, display, and video
- Manage creative review & approval (QA) for all earned, owned and influencer posts
- Own the planning and execution for all aspects of consumer communication including messaging, go-to-market strategy, new feature/market/physician “launches,” customer-facing communications
- Ensure physician network performance according to preset KPIs for social media engagement and manage day to day needs
- Develop a deep understanding of customer profile and preferences, using insights to inform brand building and growth strategies
- Creative Development
- Partner with Head of Growth on the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email and SMS (TBC)
- Partner with physician teams and head of growth to review performance & process optimization opportunities
- Expand on existing influencer marketing ideas and lead campaign execution, using learnings to inform organic and paid influencer marketing effort
- Identify ideal timing to engage and leverage graphic designers/PR resources for ongoing asset creation and local / national press outreach
- Influencer Marketing (celebrity physicians)
- Oversee organic social media strategy
- Create & manage budgets for paid media/lifecycle marketing, ensuring a strong ROI
ON YOUR FIRST DAY WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Ability to leverage consumer insights to inform targeted digital campaigns, optimize user experience, and drive conversion
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to use data to inform marketing strategies, data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing or a related field preferred but not required
- A nimble adaptability to manage and prioritize numerous work streams simultaneously.
- Ability to collect and analyze key trends, identify opportunities, and act on them accordingly
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Deepened knowledge of customer segmentation strategies
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, developing new and effective marketing messages
- Understanding of full-funnel integrated marketing approaches and the role of channels: digital marketing, paid media, e-commerce, social media, and CRM
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand and social media marketing, consumer messaging and campaign development
- Experience in owning and leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing/brand development, preferably in early-stage organizations or new brand builds within larger organizations
