Job Description

Job Summary

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a pivotal role to our success. Working in partnership with the business you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing crucial talent for our organization. Avantor's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer focused Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting, and tracking against metrics while prioritizing to meet hiring targets.

This role will support the Corporate Functions portion of our business, including Information Technology IT, HR, and this is a remote opportunity.

What we're looking for:

  • Certifications: HR relevant certifications such as PHR/SPHR, Diversity and Inclusion certifications preferred
  • Experience: 5 plus years of experience managing full life cycle Talent Acquisition process in a corporate and/or professional search firm, and/or sourcing experience required; Workday or similar ATS experience preferred
  • Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience preferred

  • Develop strong business relationships and enhancing your brand to other Avantor professionals by utilizing Talent Market Intelligence tools and resources to inform internal stakeholders and drive recruitment strategies
  • Provide efficiency to the talent acquisition process and expertise in stakeholder management
  • Offer continuous improvement by executing simplification
  • Deliver high impact results
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Reduce time to fill by developing recruitment strategies to include attracting and nurturing prospects via direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining and referral methodologies
  • Build a bench of qualified prospects to meet both current and anticipated business needs
