• Ability to partner with clients and partner organizations to develop LSP engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of LSP engagement, including vetting, orientation, training, and documentation.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to support LSPs.
• Design vetting protocols and ensure timely completion of vetting.
• Create tools to track and document tasks related to LSP engagement.
• Supervise the LSP engagement team and contracted partners.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in social work, public administration, business administration, or related field (or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience building and maintaining stakeholder and partner relationships for capacity building projects.
• Ability to obtain a tier 2 security clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing workflows and protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a refugee program or with the legal community.
• Project Management Professional or similar certification.
• Knowledge of race equity, diversity, and inclusion strategies in human service settings.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Understanding of refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges.
