Property Accountant - Commercial Real Estate- Direct Hire!


MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for a Sr. Property Manager for a client in San Antonio.


Duties


  • Analyze and explain the P&L
  • Detailed focus. Timely reporting needed
  • JE’s, reconciliations, Balance Sheet, Month-end close
  • Team oriented approach. Be a positive collaborative influence
  • Manage Financial reporting and GL for multiple properties
Requirements


  • Minimum of 3+ years commercial property accounting experience
  • Good communications and organization skills
  • Experience with MRI and/or Yardi a plus
  • Bachelors degree in accounting and/or related field required
