Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our accounting team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

This position will start off with gaining an understanding of the various accounting processes within the company, offering the potential to advance and grow within the department.

• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Assist in various financial audits throughout the year.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Various general ledger reconciliation, research, and reporting.
• Must be able to 10-key accurately and proficiently.
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Have a “make it happen” attitude, take pride in your work, and have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Learn the processes of Accounting Associate, A/P, Cashier, and A/R departments.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Must have at least two years of experience in accounting.
