Sr. Accountant - $90K - $105K + Bonus + Hybrid

Position pays between $90,000 - $105,000 + bonus + outstanding benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.

• 3+ years of accounting experience required.

• Experience in real estate/property management a plus.

• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities

What You'll Do:

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes.

• Maintain internal control policies - G/L, journal entries, bank rec's

• Review financial reporting for properties.

• Prepare bank account reconciliations and cash reports.

• Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years years’ experience in Accounting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Real Estate or Construction accounting experience is a bonus
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
