FEFA, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the development of learning assets for our Federal Government customer.
Salary ranges from $120,000-$140,000 dependent on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

**Must be available during core hours of 9a-3p EST; On-site at Fort Belvoir, VA, or through telework up to 100% of the time on duty**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide learning asset development support to the Production Managers
- Examine, identify and respond to risks to scope, cost, and schedule (status and work performance reports, risk report)
- Monitor and control project work (change requests, project document updates)
- Track projects, record metrics, develop and explain data analysis, record and report project progress, and communicate recommendations.
- Perform integrated change control (consolidate approved change requests, project management plan updates, project document updates)
- Deliver documentation of training content, training materials, and job support tools
- Proactively monitor assigned tasks, milestones, and deliverables
- Disclose their experience, skills, and knowledge of current statutes, regulations, and best practices with the faculty and the learning asset development teams.
- Directly support government Production Managers in developing over 160 learning assets annually.
- Direct and manage project tasks, manage project knowledge (lessons learned register, project management plan updates)
- Provide other work products as applicable to the completion of tasks including but not limited to presentations, articles, items generated for communication purposes, and items related to the management of assigned efforts.
- Review learning asset deliverables and recommend product acceptability
Requirements
- Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
- 3-5 years of project management (preferred)
- MS Project experiences a must
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Management role, preferred experience with the DOD or other government agencies.
- Excellent customer-facing skills; writing and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Must be US Citizen and ability to obtain a Favorable Background Check
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
