Role: Non IT Project Manager Level 2

Job Responsibilities of the non-IT project manager include:

• Project Coordination: Coordinating projects and creating detailed plans to achieve project goals while overseeing the integration of technical activities.
• Client Communication: Presenting and explaining project proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Feasibility Analysis: Analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess the feasibility of projects.
• Personnel Management: Recruiting employees, assigning tasks, providing direction, and evaluating their performance. The manager is also responsible for overseeing staff development and maintaining staff competence.

Skills Required For This Role Are As Follows

• Intermediate Knowledge of Business and Management Principles: Familiarity with strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods involved in project management.
• Time Management: Strong ability to work independently and efficiently manage one's time to meet project deadlines.
• Intermediate Knowledge of Computer Software: Proficiency in using computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
• Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerBI: In-depth expertise in MS Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Attention to Detail: Being meticulous and thorough in managing project-related information and tasks.
• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work well with diverse teams and individuals involved in the project.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Previous Microsoft Experience: 2-4 years of previous experience with Microsoft is required for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree: Typically, a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
• GSI Experience Preferred: Experience with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) is preferred.
