Program Manager Non-Tech Pay And Benefits

• Hourly pay: $40/hr
• 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment
• Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, must work PST hours)

Program Manager Non-Tech Responsibilities

• Operationalize MBR and monthly team communication.
• Develop & manage leadership RoB, workback, and budget.
• Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
• Lead cross-organization project teams toward targeted and scheduled outcomes.
• Maintain and evolve team SharePoint team site, file repository, and Teams channels.
• Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and team leaders.
• Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.
• Develop, maintain, and manage program or project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges.

Program Manager Non-Tech Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• PM skills.
• 2-4 years of SharePoint experience.
• Analytics background, concept of data soft skills to build skills, personable, delivers.
• Proficient in MSFT Office suite.
• Basic understanding of business management
• Experience managing business operations
• Business operations experience

Compensation: From $40.00 to $40.00 per hour
