Program Manager Non-Tech - Education Pay And Benefits

• Hourly pay: $45/hr
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment

Program Manager Non-Tech - Education Responsibilities

• Engage directly with Education customers to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals, and create tailored programs and initiatives to support their adoption of technology.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and indicators to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs, providing insights for continuous improvement and demonstrating the value of Education.
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of Education programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to align program strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Develop and manage a budget for program activities, allocating resources effectively to maximize program outcomes and return on investment.

Program Manager Non-Tech - Education Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including education customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program performance and impact.
• Experience working with education customers in the Middle East, Western Europe, and/or Asia Pacific is a plus.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in the education or edtech industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering programs and initiatives on time and within budget.
• 2-4 Years of related work experience
• Deep understanding of the education landscape, including familiarity with educational technology and its application in K-12 settings.
• Having worked in the education technology space is a plus.

Compensation: From $45.00 to $45.00 per hour
