Develop, maintain, and manage program or project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Maintain and evolve team SharePoint team site, file repository, and Teams channels. Develop & manage leadership RoB, workback, and budget. Operationalize MBR and monthly team communication. Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and team leaders. Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
Years of Experience Required: 2-4 yrs
REQUIRED (Degrees or certifications, all other)
- Basic understanding of business management
- SharePoint | 2-4 years of experience
- PM skills
- Experience managing business operations
- MSFT Office suite – in ALL | proficient
