A leading tech company is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech. The successful candidate will plan, direct, coordinate activities, and drive the operations for four (4) security-related projects that are critical to the ongoing security of the platform. Program Manager Non Tech Pay And Benefits

• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 2 Month Assignment
• Hourly pay: $40/hr
• Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Must work PST hours)

Program Manager Non Tech Responsibilities

• Code signing and partner engagement.
• Manage communications with external partners to gather information and coordinate response activities (e.g. adding driver to vulnerable driver block list; request cert revocations; etc.).
• Vulnerable driver triage, partner engagement, and response.
• Drive recurring meeting series for each category to triage/review new items pending for each and ensure action items are followed up in a timely manner.
• Maintain internal and public-facing documentation about the three programs, their processes, and policies for each category.
• Incompatible driver triage, partner engagement, and response.
• Monitor the queue for each category to identify any items needing v-team triage/review.
• Track tasks/bugs related to each category via queries and create new tasks/bugs as needed based on v-team triage/review.
• Deprecation partner outreach.
• Plan, direct, coordinate activities, and drive the operations for four (4) security-related projects that are critical to the ongoing security of the platform. These include:

Program Manager Non Tech Qualifications

• Prior MSFT experience is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing communications with External Partners.
• 5+ years of experience with Project Management.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Communicate at a Technical Level, inbound/outbound coms.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• 5-7+ years of related experience.
• Turnaround time on driving engagement with partners.
• Strong written/verbal Communication, Email Communication experience
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Azure Dev Ops is highly preferred.
• Partner Outreach & Engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5+years of Issue Tracking/Issue Resolution experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Compensation: From $40.00 to $40.00 per hour
