The Sr Program Manager, Centers of Excellence will serve as the product operations owner of our newest strategic initiatives, starting with our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require close partnership spanning Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Serve as product ops lead for our Substance Use Disorder program, including launching our new Center of Excellence model
  • Develop capacity/budget models and advocate for the ops resources needed to support new programs
  • Support Product and Engineering in the design and implementation of new technology features
  • Own operational planning and execution to launch and optimize our newest clinical offerings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with provider partners to deliver the best member experience, expand capabilities, and unlock new potential
  • Monitor end-to-end program health via a data-driven approach; consistently represent the health of the program, as well as requirements for improvement
  • Partner with Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that new business initiatives are represented appropriately in the market


What We Expect From You


  • You are a top performer, yet a collaborative and cross-functional leader who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurship
  • You have 5+ years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth startup and/or healthcare systems
  • If not located in NYC, expect to travel to NYC 2-3 times per quarter. Also ad-hoc travel to largest customers’ or prospects’ offices might be needed
  • You have a deep experience in operations, healthcare and strategy with a proven ability to think holistically while being highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • You are empathetic, communicative, and value feedback delivered in real-time
  • You are a self starter who thrives when given autonomy, with proven ability and desire to influence organizational change and build effective internal and external relationships
  • You have worked, built, ,or partnered with a third-party administrator (TPA) and are highly familiar with processes including claims processing and adjudication, prior authorization, and accumulator integrations
  • You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing high-level operational strategy and in-the-weeds tactical implementation
  • You love working in and with teams, and want to invest deeply in building a supportive team culture


Bonus Qualifications


  • Comfort/ experience building clinical programs including working with and negotiating contracts with provider entities
  • Experience with centers of excellence models in healthcare


The target salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
