Job Description
Netflix is one of the world's leading streaming entertainment services with 231 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries, feature films and mobile games across a wide variety of genres and languages. The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best in class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue.
In This Role, You Will
  • Partner with sales to build a high performing sales organization that can represent Netflix’s offerings to our advertising customers
  • Design and implement consistent ways to manage the sales process.
  • Explore new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap.
  • Partner with sales to define their strategy and develop plans to execute
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact.
  • Implement and execute key functions of a sales team including: territory/role/channel design, sales process management and improvement, data hygiene, and sales tool development
  • Define, build and maintain the sales inputs, forecasting and pipeline management of a global advertising business.
  • Lead pipeline and business reviews on a recurring basis
  • Scale a global sales operations team aligned with sales teams.
About You
  • Demonstrated track record of innovating, challenging assumptions and implementing better approaches.
  • 10+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising related fields.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Self starter with expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Collaborates effectively and embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
  • Deep experience with agency and direct sold sales models
  • Ability to dive deep as well as understand the big picture.
  • Deep knowledge of the advertising landscape, across media channels and methods of buying.

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $200,000-$700,000.
