Sr. Hr Generalist - Employee Relations

Position: Sr. HR Generalist – Employee Relations

Location: Doral, FL (Onsite 5 days, NO remote work)

Status: Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work alongside HR team and manage all aspects of internal communication to employees both on and offsite.
• Plan & execute team member engagement events such as Holiday Celebrations, National Days, and more
• Active involvement on employee retention initiatives
• Oversee company notifications on product updates such as pricing, quality, out of stock items, etc.
• Collaborate to develop and deliver communications strategies, content, and reporting that support marketing objectives and key performance indicators

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting off-site employees (i.e. employees at various locations with a company – not all in 1 location)
• MUST have background focusing on Employee Relations and Communications: (employee training, company engagement activities and events, employee satisfaction initiatives, etc.)
• Bachelors Degree
• Sense of Creativity and willingness to learn creative tools such as Canva
• 3-5 years of experience working in an HR capacity
