What we are looking for:


  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with project management and/or event planning is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and determination to find solutions.


Overview of this position's responsibilities:


  • Assist in organizing company events and holiday planning.
  • Compose letters and correspondence as required.
  • Ensure new associate onboarding is a great experience.
  • Support candidate screenings with HR.
  • Proficient with Mac and Google GSuite products (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Meetings).
  • Work with HR to improve associate engagement and morale.
  • Assist the executive team with meeting scheduling and coordination.
  • Collect feedback from exit interviews.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
  • Collaborate on project management tasks.
  • Prepare routine and non-routine reports and presentations.
  • Remember and celebrate customer and associate birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
  • Demonstrate persistence and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  • Office-based position with potential for hybrid work model.
  • Assist with phone calls and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Keep up with fast-paced operations, follow through on tasks, and ensure timely closure.
