Job Title: Sr IAM Data Analyst

Duration: 06+months of Contract with the possibilities of Extension

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

1) Construct and refine user stories based on end user requirements.

2) Assist Scrum Masters with user story refinement and estimation using JIRA.

3) Identify business needs and/or inefficiencies and help develop solutions that meet needs, goals, or objectives.

4) Support business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities and services across various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management.

5) Deep understanding of cloud identity and access management (IAM) solutions, such as Okta, SailpointIdentityNow, Active Directory with a general understanding of core IAM concepts such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and directory services(Azure AD, Active Directory)

6) Experience with role-based access and user access reviews in an enterprise environment.

7) Ensure IAM governance structures adhere to defined policies and standards. Ensuring that IAM core capabilities, IAM operations, business stakeholder usage and application integrations follow the governance structures.

8) Maintain a continuous and strong security posture across all business and IAM stakeholders via ongoing, proactive reviews of account access and authorization, and designing short- and long-term improvements to ensure violations are remediated.

9) Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, and establish processes and methodologies for preventative mitigations (Advanced analysis)

10) Identify business needs and/or inefficiencies and help develop solutions that meet needs, goals, or objectives.

11) Assist Product Owner with user story prioritization.

12) 5+ years of experience with documenting system requirements relating to IAM, interface, performance (KPIs), design constraints, business rules, and impacted processes, or system and function specifications on Agile or Waterfall projects

13) Experience with MS SQL Server

14) Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to handle strong-minded customers effectively and professionally.
