Our top retail client is looking for a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications to join their impressive team!
In this role, you'll work closely with the larger Creative Strategy team, as well as stakeholders across Brand Marketing, Media, Retail Marketing, Operations, and external agency partners to lead and manage creative platform ideas from briefing, through full-funnel creative development, production, execution and in-market optimization. You will have your hands in multiple projects at any given time and be expected to switch between your strategic hat, creative hat, project management hat, media hat, etc. at any given time. This position will have a B2B focus.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentations for Ad team and officer leadership to showcase work.
- Fully understand marketing briefs created by key stakeholders, upholding high standards to ensure the desired output is putting the customer first.
- Manage various full-funnel campaigns throughout the year, including larger Seasonal campaigns, micro-seasonal, service oriented, brand reputational, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., intent to purchase, message clarity and reputation perception) and evaluates campaign effectiveness.
- Support creative productions.
- Play a key role in the day to day strategy and execution of the full advertising and creative process.
- Be an active voice of the customer in all meetings, ensure company is promoting a seamless customer experience, with an EDLC approach, whilst still outperforming benchmarks.
- Review customer and audience analytics (internal and third-party).
- Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., intent to purchase, message clarity and reputation perception) and evaluates campaign effectiveness.
- Always be on the leading edge of industry best practices, new advertising platforms, and abreast of other major brand activations/campaigns.
