About The Team
As a Manager of Photographer Network Operations, you will occupy a position in our company, being responsible for the functioning of our photography network. You will directly lead Regional Managers of Photographer Operations, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure their success, and in turn, the success of their teams.
About The Role
Your focus will be on driving initiatives, handling implementation of projects, and ensuring that our network of photographers delivers, service across all regions. Your leadership will give significantly to our overall business growth and the improvement of our services.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for and lead Regional Managers of Photographer Operations, providing coaching and support to ensure their effectiveness and the success of their teams. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance the efficiency, quality, and scope of our photography network. Lead implementation of projects, coordinating with collaborators to ensure execution. Analyze key metrics across the network to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Nurture a culture of improvement, using Lean principles and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Collaborate optimally with other leaders across the company to align strategies and ensure consistent execution. Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to sophisticated challenges facing the network. Maintain strong relationships with employees, including Regional Managers, Market Leaders, and other internal team members. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality across the network and driving vital improvements. Support the professional development and career progression of Regional Managers and other staff within your purview.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $98,600.00 - $157,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • Proficient in Lean principles and comfortable leading quality and process improvement projects across a broad network.
  • An experienced leader with a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership coaching.
  • Meticulous, able to handle multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and capable of quickly prioritizing based on new information or changing business conditions.
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • A collaborative, strategic thinker who excels in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with various partners.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of strategic initiatives, and making informed, impactful decisions.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing leaders, with a focus on continuous improvement and Lean principles.
  • Experience in the photography industry or related field is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
