Sourcing Manager Jobs

The Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in the driving ILIA’s sourcing strategy and will require high collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to effectively manage all components within assigned new programs from RFQ stage, development, business award, launch and replenishment. The role assists with contract administration and review, new vendor vetting and onboarding. Our ideal candidate will be able to perform strategic sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories of spend to improve the profitability of assigned franchises.

This role is HYBRID for candidates in Southern California.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Raw Material indexes for assigned franchises
• Review and analyze sourcing data, market trends, benchmarking best practices and maintain market awareness to provide continuous improvements for sourcing strategies
• Track BOM costs for assigned franchises as they progress through product development
• Assign, lead and manage assigned vendor Corrective Actions to improve performance, sustainability and corporate responsibility practices, and financial liabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead execution strategies for inventory management, quality and service performance
• Provide regular updates on category strategies and supplier relationships, including KPIs and process improvement initiatives
• Mitigate company financial liabilities through price and T&C negotiations with suppliers

Job requirements

• MRP/ERP experience; Netsuite experience is a plus!
• Ability to effectively present information to various groups
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, organize daily tasks against long-term goals
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Strong analytical skills: able to transform data into clear, relevant solutions and recommendations
• 4-5 years of manager level experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations in beauty or personal care products
• Advanced negotiation skills and ability to gain concessions without damaging relationships
