Job Role

We seek an energetic professional experienced in business development and sales to join our team.You must have exceptional communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.Interacting with Senior - C-Level Executives of our prospects and partners, we need someone who drives to uncover the root cause of a problem, can quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations.

The Solutions Consultant is focused on driving sales and revenue, with a focus on understanding our customer's and partner needs.They will build relationships with key stakeholders, act as the internal quarterback for new business, and create opportunities for optimal product adoption. As a Solutions Consultant, your position will be to assist Finosec in adding new customers and revenue.


Job Summary -

  • Manage discovery meetings and determine challenges prospects have that our solutions can address
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with key decision-makers and industry peers
  • Actively develop opportunities to build credibility with assigned accounts from inbound leads, tradeshow events, partner referrals, and prospecting
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the assigned prospect’s needs and objectives, and communicate these needs and objectives internally and to the future customer in the sales process
  • Build executive relationships with prospects, and walk alongside their buying journey
  • Educate future customers on challenges they need to think about addressing, leveraging the Challenger Sale model of Teaching for Differentiation


Desired Candidate Profile-

  • Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize the most important activities that drive revenue
  • Proven track record of building executive-level relationships
  • Experience working with Hubspot, or comparable CRM
  • Experience with account planning, management, and prioritization
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Information Security Expertise
  • Experience working with Community Financial Institutions with domain expertise in Banking Applications

Compensation:Compensation matters in sales, this role is base plus commissions, with opportunities for accelerators on sales above quota with both incentive commissions and bonuses.
