ServiceNow Business Solution Analyst (BSA)

Our big four consulting client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Solution Analyst (BSA) to join our team. As a Business Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the functional capabilities of ServiceNow and acting as a subject matter specialist in various areas and products. You will work closely with the Engagement Manager to lead, direct, and review all activities related to delivering technology products. Your role will involve ensuring product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to define and document requirements for custom-developed or vendor software products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by Deloitte Applications Studio leadership.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting project on-boarding processes and materials, such as charters and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Proactively respond to both business and project issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Lead and take responsibility for all testing and quality assurance (QA) activities within the project lifecycle. Direct offshore QA resources to develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and other deliverables related to QA.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Work with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
- Define and analyze business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in leading testing and quality assurance activities, including developing test plans and scripts.
- Proven experience in defining and analyzing business and user requirements.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow and its functional capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of various modules in ServiceNow such as SPM, ITSM, ITIL, CRM, HRSD or others
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients and project teams.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing processes and methodologies.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
