Are you a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant with expertise in the MENA Region? GhabCo, a leading business consulting company, is seeking a talented professional to join our team and help our client, a promising call-centre startup based in Egypt, secure new customer service accounts.

As our Business Development Consultant, you will play a vital role in expanding the client base for our call-centre startup by identifying and attracting companies looking to outsource their customer service operations to Egypt. With your strong industry knowledge and extensive network, you will establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, showcasing the exceptional advantages of partnering with our client's call centre in Egypt.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted companies.
  • Present and promote our client's call centre services, emphasizing the cost-effectiveness, skilled workforce, and multilingual capabilities available in Egypt.
  • Identify and target potential companies in the MENA Region seeking to outsource their customer service operations.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract new customer service accounts for our call-centre startup.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our client's call centre services.
  • Extensive network and established relationships with potential clients in the customer service outsourcing sector.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the call centre outsourcing industry within the MENA Region.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of outsourcing customer service operations to Egypt or the MENA Region.


Remuneration:

The selected candidate will receive a competitive percentage share of the contract size for the duration of each secured contract. This compensation structure ensures that your efforts directly contribute to your earning potential, providing you with a rewarding and incentivized opportunity.
