Fabletics is currently looking for an Content Producer, Social.

How Do You Fit In?

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, designing, and editing engaging content for Fabletics Womens, Mens, and Scrubs accounts across priority platforms. You will have the opportunity to showcase your unique storytelling abilities, creativity, and understanding of current trends to captivate and grow our audience in both static and video assets.

What You Will Do

• Attend Fabletics shoots and events to capture content and work with talent.
• Regularly analyze and report on creative performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and links to follower growth, to identify areas of improvement and optimize content strategy.
• Lead and participate in brainstorms around content creation against marketing priorities.
• Design visually compelling graphics and visual assets for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Export video dimensions for other platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, challenges, and features, and incorporate them into the content strategy.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices in content creation.
• Create eye-catching images, infographics, and interactive graphics that effectively convey our brand's identity, key messages, and campaigns.
• Develop creative and innovative content ideas that align with our brand's goals, target audience, and values.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring they are visually appealing, entertaining, and shareable.
• Collaborate with the Social team to ensure video and static content aligns with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns.

What You Can Bring

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the social media landscape and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram’s platform, algorithm, and community dynamics.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software and tools, with the ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven experience as a content creator or a similar role, with a portfolio of successful videos to reference.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with current trends, challenges, and viral content on TikTok and Instagram.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of other social media platforms and their integration with each other.
• Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track social performance metrics.
• Experience in fashion and apparel content creation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $74,100-$93,500. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
