Requirements

  • Proven experience producing video content across all stages of production, with a keen eye for storytelling and aesthetics.
  • You’re naturally able to relate to our core customer segment of health optimizers—diverse people ages 25-44 for whom wellness is a lifestyle.
  • Proven experience creating compelling social content, with a focus on TikTok & Instagram.
  • You’re passionate and curious about health & wellness. Direct experience in startups, nutrition, or CPG is a major plus, though not a deal breaker.
  • An understanding of key social performance indicators (KPIs) and how to adjust strategy based on learnings.


Responsibilities

  • Help brainstorm, shoot, edit, and post daily content on Supergut’s social channels.
  • Continuously improve performance by analyzing social metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok & social trends, memes, formats, and best practices.
  • Take a lead role in coordinating the end-to-end production of our social video shoots.
  • Source, vet, onboard, and manage our creative production staff and creator partners.
