The Opportunity
Are you experienced in producing digital content for social media from start to finish? Do you have a passion for producing high-quality content? Are you interested in gaining deeper insights into the gaming and entertainment space? Have you worked on Instagram reels and Tiktok content? If so, you may be the perfect fit for the Producer role at Liquid Media.
In the Producer, Liquid Media role, you will lead creative in client projects, guiding them from conception to post-production across different platforms and formats. You will work closely with other producers, the production team, the post-production team, and the client-facing account team to ensure seamless execution of all aspects of content creation. Utilizing your expertise in social media strategy and execution, you will not only meet but exceed client marketing goals, as well as contribute to larger campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure staffing and resources for physical production
• Produce high-quality social digital content from conception to delivery in order to support client marketing goals.
• Edit digital social content according to client needs
• Review deliverables to meet or exceed client specifications and guidelines
• Deliver client deliverables on time from conception to post-production
• Use Team Liquid's project management tool to track tasks and budget costs
• Build pitch decks that align with client marketing objectives
• Communicate cross-functionally for smooth execution of client deliverables
• Work closely with Lead Producer on project and campaign initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to book talent and direct crew on set

What You'll Need

• Experience leading production and directing on set
• General knowledge of the production process from conception to delivery
• Experience with editing software, such as Adobe Premiere and Capcut
• Experience tracking costs and building budgets
• Previous experience working with clients and talent on set
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Understanding of platform trends and algorithm boosters
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and flexible mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Suites and Adobe Creative Suite
• 2+ years of agency or client experience
• Proven track record of creating original and visually engaging content
• 3+ years of producer experience in production-based roles
• Experience in Instagram Reels and TikTok content production

Benefits
The salary range for CA is: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
