Job Responsibilities

Razer is seeking a talented and passionate Social Media and Community Coordinator to join our retail team. As the Social Media and Community Coordinator for RazerStores in the U.S., you will be responsible for managing our brand's social media channels, planning and executing community gaming events; working with colleges, universities, and influencers to entice more customers to visit our RazerStores.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging trending social media content across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Reach out to local businesses, gaming associations, colleges & universities, influencers, and agents to create content that showcases our products and services at the RazerStores
• Must visit our LA RazerStore 3 times a week to create content.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our retail stores, and engage with our community of gamers.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with the overall marketing and sales goals of the company.
• Plan and execute community gaming events at the stores to increase engagement and drive sales for our RazerStores.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Monitor and report on social media performance and analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Passion for gaming and the gaming community is a must.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming industry
• Experience in planning and executing community gaming events and promotions, and working with 
• Always on trend, love working with people, and don’t mind being in front of the camera.
• Self-motivated and keen to consistently create the perfect content for gamers by gamers.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Having connections with key streamers and influencers in the gaming industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, and experience in creating and publishing content for social media channels promoting our RazerStores
• Must be located near the LA area.

Travel Requirements

• Travel required up to 25%.
• Commute to the LA RazerStore 3 times a week.

Salary Ranges (per Annum)

$45,294.00 - $75,490.00
