We're looking for a Social Producer to join Instagram's Editorial Communications team to focus on developing original content for our official social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The main focus will be on finding creative ways to share product announcements and bring product awareness across various social channels.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, an experienced storyteller, organized, prioritizes attention to detail, thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment, and must have experience working with a global team to create daily editorial content across various platforms for an international audience.

Our team needs a great collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and oversee proactive and reactive communications programs. The ability to come up with creative, impactful communication campaigns across different cultures and demographics with tangible results is key for this role. You also gotta love memes, GIFs and funny videos (but really, who doesn’t?).

Job Responsibilities:

-Craft engaging content for @instagram social channels, working in partnership with the larger Instagram communications team with a focus on building product awareness

-Identify, surface, and amplify trends across a diverse spectrum of topics

-Build audience and community around @instagram editorial social channels

-Flag and draft content for community engagement and actively manage our community across platforms

-Closely monitor account insights and advise on areas of improvement

-Research potential community member stories and pitch for editorial coverage
