As a Social Media Specialist/Content Strategist, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, working closely with our media buyer, copywriter, and editing team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute successful content strategies for both paid advertisements and organic content across various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your keen understanding of market research and trends will play a vital role in crafting compelling and attention-grabbing content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily market research within our specific niche to identify trending topics, popular pages, and related content both within and outside our niche.

• Stay up-to-date with current popular trends, video styles, viral content, viral songs, and viral video styles.

• Collaborate with the media buyer, copywriter, and editing team to develop and implement effective content strategies for paid ads and organic content.

• Generate innovative ideas for ad creatives, ensuring high attention-grabbing hooks and scripts that align with our brand objectives.

• Provide guidance and direction to our editing team on the appropriate editing style for different types of content and creatives.

• Work closely with the copywriter to craft attention-grabbing scripts that maximize engagement and click-through rates (CTR).

• Take ownership of the growth and vitality of our social media accounts, consistently monitoring performance metrics and suggesting improvements.

• Collaborate with the media buyer to analyze the effectiveness of different content strategies and refine approaches based on testing results.

• Deliver a comprehensive content plan on a weekly basis, outlining specific ideas for ads, video content, and hooks to be filmed and tested.

• Collaborate with the editing team to review and revise their work, ensuring the desired editing style and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a social media specialist, content strategist, or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation.

• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.

• Proficiency in crafting attention-grabbing scripts and hooks that drive audience engagement and CTR.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, media buyers, and editors.

• Familiarity with video editing tools and techniques, allowing effective guidance to the editing team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
