Job Description

Title: Content Creation Coordinator


Length: This is a remote, hourly contract position for US-basaed applicants, beginning at 25-30 hours/week for 90 days, with the potential to extend to a permanent position depending on company needs and performance.

We specialize in providing high-quality content at scale to publishers, agencies, eCommerce, eLearning, and enterprise businesses. About the Role:

ContentWriters is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter to join our Content Creation team.


The Content Creation Coordinator will edit, review, and manage client content and play an active role in both account and writer management. The overarching goal of this position is to promote a high level of client satisfaction, through thorough review and back-end support, along with the potential for hands-on account management.


Working with the account management and content creation teams, this role will be exposed to many different aspects of content management, focused copyediting, client communication, writer support, and more.


Position Details:

  • Length: Currently scheduled for 90 days from start date.
  • Please note that this is a contract role
  • Hours: 25-30 hours per week
  • Pay rate: $20-25/hr.


Responsibilities:

  • Assign writing jobs to freelancers, answer team questions, and liaise with the client as needed during this process
  • Enter orders for clients based on their regular delivery schedules and as needed
  • Actively seek out referral, review, and re-engagement opportunities with CW’s self-service client network
  • Manage the content creation lifecycle for CW accounts, from the time they’re ordered to final delivery
  • Connect regularly with both clients and writers to discuss projects, build and grow relationships via email, phone, and video calls
  • Review content for accounts and projects, make edits as needed, and provide feedback to writers and editors


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Google tools.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with content, content marketing, and/or SEO is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience writing, editing, or managing content projects in a professional setting
  • Willingness to take feedback and implement change
  • Ability to work independently and to take a flexible approach to your work in order to meet the needs of the team
  • Impressive organizational skills
