We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager / Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial and content production, from conceptualization to final delivery. Your expertise in managing sets, actors, cameras, and makeup will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with influencers to set up promotion content

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging concepts and ideas for commercials and content.

- Coordinate and manage all logistics related to production, including set bookings, equipment rentals, and hiring actors and makeup artists.

- Work closely with directors, cinematographers, and other production crew members to ensure smooth operations on set.

- Oversee the production schedule and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

- Monitor and control production budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, negotiating favorable contracts and securing competitive pricing.

- Manage post-production activities, including editing, sound design, and visual effects, to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve production processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or Content Manager in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or digital media industry.

- Extensive knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry standards.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
