Job Description

NSG has partnered with a leading development firm in Austin. The firm has an impressive track record, having successfully developed projects worth over a total of $4 billion. Historically, they have developed mixed-use, multifamily, office, and retail but are currently expanding into industrial.


Currently, we are seeking to hire a highly experienced Senior Vice President/Principal to lead and drive the growth of their Multifamily Investment Platform. This role will be crucial in spearheading the strategic direction and success of the company's multifamily investment initiatives. They are extremely well capitalized.


This person must have 10+ years of Multifamily acquisition experience.
