The Vice President – Sales will oversee the ARI Fleet and Mobility sales Midwest region; lead revenue growth and surpassing of sales goals through acquisition of new customers within the region.
What Will I Do:
Facilitate the growth and professional development of District Sales Managers
Build relationships and increase partnerships with clients
Oversee the assigned ARI Sales Region; lead revenue growth and surpass sales goals
Coach and Develop sales team to enhance skill set of sales team
Build cross functional relationships to support goals of company
Exhibit a high degree of presentation/speaking skills
Manage a T&E budget for Sales Region
Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the Fleet industry
Travel to regional markets to provide leadership on overarching sales strategies along with prospect and client meetings
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Relevant Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred
8+ years’ work experience, including 4+ year’s sales or leadership experience; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines
