JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTOR RELATIONS

King Operating is a privately held Oil and Gas production company based in Dallas, TX helping accredited investors achieve monthly revenue, a multiple on exit, and significant tax savings taxes through investment vehicles focused on Oil and Gas production. That is the mission. To do that, capital is raised to acquire, develop and divest Oil and Gas producing assets by partnering with accredited investors ($1M net worth and $200k annual income for the most recent 3 consecutive years), investor groups, and other industry capital management entities.

Lead the service, data, and insights communication about fund performance to our partners. Organize quarterly advisory board member zoom meetings. Develop the Partner Relations department into a well-oiled machine. This key role will work closely with the Growth and Finance teams in facilitating excellence in partner service. The essential job duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Priorities
- Problem Solving – Be determined to find the solution to whatever issues arise.
- Investor Onboarding Management – Lead team in managing investor funding and onboarding SOPs.
- Team Leader – Work as a leader of the Partner Relations team and lead as liaison across Finance, Growth, and Executive Leadership teams to achieve partners objectives.
- Financial literacy – Competency to explain financial performance and forecasts with respect to monthly passive income, forecasted and achieved multiple on invested capital, and significant tax savings.
- Voice of the Partner – Ability to listen, be transparent in communication and follow through leaving the investor feeling like their customer service needs have been met in a responsive
- Investor Service Management – Use and manage Juniper Square investor platform including investor documentation such as K1s , monthly settlement statements, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develops policies for the department, delegates responsibilities to their team and devotes a portion of their work week to developing their staff.
- Facilitates financial analyst meetings, which includes creating and reviewing agendas, suggesting, and setting dates of the meetings, and fielding questions that may arise before, during, and after the meeting.
- Facilitates the company’s quarterly investor meeting and monthly board meetings, which may include creating and reviewing the agenda, coordinating the meeting space, arranging press coverage, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintains and develops a positive public image for the organization.
- Produces quarterly and annual shareholder reports.
- Acts as a liaison between the company and partners
Competencies
- Ability to analyze and improve opportunities for investors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship nurturing skills with a variety of personalities and positions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or related field required.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information into understandable messaging.
- At least five years of relevant experience preferred.
