Your role at Sephora:
It’s an exciting time in the Sephora Digital Marketing & Media group. Sephora is embarking on the development and launch of their own Retail Media Network: creating new value exchanges for our Brand partners and accelerating ad monetization growth on owned and operated platforms. Reporting to the Senior Director, Retail Media Network, you will be responsible for campaign strategy and activation of offsite and onsite retail media campaigns for our Brand partners. You’ll work closely with key partners in Sephora’s Media, Brand Marketing, and Analytics teams to define retail media campaign processes that deliver against client, Brand, and company objectives. This role is made for an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to build this practice for Sephora from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Retail Media Network, you will:
- Demonstrate holistic retail media insights/findings from past campaigns to help inform go-forward strategies.
- Manage day-to-day execution of operational processes and media activation in conjunction with Assistant Managers and agency partners.
- Serve as the day-to-day leader on retail media ad campaign strategy, activation and operations.
- Help inform creative best practices and insights for Brands.
- Identify key insights and data to focus on in reporting back to brands.
- Drive engagement with agency and Brand Marketing teams to align on cross channel campaign strategy and build/optimize ad operations process.

- Support management of agency teams involved in the operations of the network.
- Develop and optimize templates for media plans and reporting.
- Manage and mentor a team of high-performing direct reports to drive best-in-class program management from briefing through reporting.
We’re excited about you if you have:
- Strong knowledge of retail media/co-op media space. Familiarity with onsite and offsite channels a plus.
- Proven ability to take initiative, organize and manage a high volume of detailed projects simultaneously (and prioritize appropriately)
- Strong ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally
- 6+ years of experience in a digital media planning or activation role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external team members
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data
The annual base salary range for this position is $142,000.00 - $159,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
