Base Salary Range: $110,200.00 - $137,800.00
Target Total Cash Range: $148,770.00 - $186,030.00
Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Senior Manager- HR - Labor Relations
This role is responsible for driving labor relations strategy- programs- policies- and procedures for the Kraft Heinz Company. This role will interpret the collective bargaining agreements- provide guidance on grievance procedures- including arbitrations- and assist all levels of management on labor relations matters.
What’s on the Menu?
- Implements union avoidance strategy and activities including development and execution of union avoidance training.
- Participates in collective bargaining agreement negotiations with union officials for Kraft Heinz locations represented by a union as well as in determination of negotiation goals for each collective bargaining agreement
- Interprets collective bargaining agreements to assist with grievances and arbitrations.
- Partners with both internal and external legal counsel on union contract negotiations- arbitrations- and other labor relations matters.
- Analyzes Grievance- Arbitration- and Incident Resolution statistics to determine trends and ensure proper usage.
- Works with Kraft Heinz Company Benefits Department to set direction for benefits negotiation items.
- Assists in the development and leads execution of the Kraft Heinz Company’s labor strategy- Positive Employee Relations strategy and process- and contingency planning- strategy- and process.

- I can think critically and solution quickly- at times in the moment
- I am technologically savvy with a strong solid understanding of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- I have the ability to travel 25%
- I have experience in HR- and/or Labor Relations with prior experience working in a manufacturing environment with a union.
- I have a demonstrable ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- I have the ability to work effectively with those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals.
- I possess updated knowledge of employment laws and practices

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
