What you will do
As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, create recruitment strategies, and engage with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
  • Proactively source, identify, and attract high-caliber Developers using various channels such as online job portals, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Employ creative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for present and future needs.
Candidate Evaluation and Screening:
  • Assess candidates' technical abilities and ensure alignment with specific role requirements.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and technical interviews, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Collaborate closely with IT hiring managers to understand their team's requirements, define job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and interview techniques.

Interview Coordination and Management
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates to make well-informed hiring decisions.

Candidate Experience and Engagement:
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and transparency.
  • Engage with candidates and promote the company's culture, values, and opportunities to create a positive employer brand.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into their roles.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate salary packages in accordance with company guidelines and market standards.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements and technical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles and technologies, with the ability to assess technical skills effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities for offer discussions.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on hiring Developers.
