• Business Development to connect with hiring managers who need your help finding companies that need your help.
• Sales & make those hiring managers fall in love with you enough to want to work with you
• Recruiting & get to play match maker and help improve careers one candidate at a time!

What You Need for this Position

• Enjoy writing & have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
• Have a drive to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
• Money motivated (we love to pay out)
• Degree from an accredited university
• Don't live in the box... think outside the it! Get creative on ways to solve problems.
• Have a passion or interest in communicating with others (you don't have to be a chatty Kathy, but you can't be a dull Danny)
• You either have 2 years of B2b Sales and experience generating leads or you have experience from a recruiting agency where you were full desk.
• Have a fun personality and people generally like you (come on now, we like to see personality)
