Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring manager and human resources during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary, start date and other pertinent details.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and interviews
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Builds collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and roles to be filled.
• Assists with developing hiring and recruiting strategies for immediate and long-term fulfillment of workforce needs.
• Conduct candidate debriefs with interviewers voicing options and influencing offer decisions to secure top talent
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assists with the development, facilitation, and implementation of all phases of the recruitment process.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

• At least 2 years working as a corporate recruiter or in a corporate recruiting setting
• 5 or more years of proven recruiting experience
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems required
• Commitment to understanding the sense of urgency associated with talent acquisition process
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
• Experience recruiting for professional services or customer service roles preferred
• Experience with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
