We are looking for a candidate with excellent strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices. Your contributions will be integral to the full talent acquisition life cycle, from identifying exceptional candidates to their successful onboarding.

You are all set to:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to identify and acquire top talent for our organization, lead recruitment efforts across multiple departments, ensure a positive experience for candidates, and meet the company’s strategic hiring goals.

You are someone who:
  • Fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques and relationship building.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Sources, screens, and assesses candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
  • Utilizes applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and generate reports.
  • Negotiates job offers and facilitates the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participates in employer branding initiatives and supports the development of talent acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Leads and guides hiring managers through the selection process, providing expertise on candidate assessment and interview techniques.
  • Conducts thorough interviews and evaluates candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies to continuously enhance the recruitment process.

You bring in:
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Over 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview methodologies.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels within an organization.

Your qualification is:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Having a relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.)
