Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full adoption and implementation of Honeywell standards, tools, processes, and strict adherence to Honeywell policies
• Provide supplier management and governance for existing MES solutions
• Ensure vendor supplier engagement where cross functional IT support and alignment is required
• Coordinate with vendor supplier on systems monitoring, event escalation, root cause / corrective action analyses, disaster outage response and management
• Provide escalation and supplier management to Site & Business leaders as well as the provide direct on-site IT service and support, including design review, expansion, technology upgrades and project work
• Provide guidance and recommendations for operational support in security, compliance, specialized applications, corporate audits, risk and cyber self-assessments, sustainable disaster recovery and business continuity, and protecting information in non-federal information systems
• Work with multiple cross functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, DCN, SUN, Security to ensure timely delivery of the platform infra
• Support the business case development, IT transformation, and service optimization initiatives
• Business travel: 10% of time
• Should be able to architect and stand up the infra required to deploy standard MES platforms approved as the GDM
• Ensure customer satisfaction targets for site customer feedbacks are achieved
• Work with our cross-functional IT support organization and our suppliers in the planning and execution for other core services including Cyber Safety, Audit, Compliance, M&A, Continuous Service Improvement and Manufacturing Digital Transformation including input on Strategy, Design and execution, Cross-Functional IT alignment
• Support businesses to adopt new technologies and drive transformation and in support of IT based cost savings initiatives
• Act as a conduit for assisting/managing site support vendor relationship
• Support already available installed base of production applications.
• Application, Database, and server onboarding into corporate support.
• Provide design and support for IT and Business Transformation based work
• Expertise in leading MES deployment programs and supporting existing infra and solutions deployed within the Honeywell factories
• Support incumbent projects to the site as well as Global Standardization initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of IT experience with increasing technical and operational responsibilities specializing in the areas of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Prior experience working with standard MES from Applied Materials, iBASEt, Dassault Systems. Supporting IT Infrastructure, Site based IT Services.
• Master´s Degree in Engineering
• Microsoft Technology, VB6, C#, DBMS SQL, SNOW, application support, application onboarding, application development, desktop support, machine connectivity, server support knowledge.

• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• 3+ years of experience working with contracting, managed service and third parties.
• 4+ Managing and supporting large factory related IT systems and infrastructure including but not limited to MES.
