JOB TITLE: SeniorGraphic Designer

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Marketing

OVERVIEW

The Senior Graphic Designer isresponsible for creating compelling visual content across a range of channels, includingpackaging, visual merchandising, digital,print,and social media.This rolewill work closely withthe Summer FridaysMarketing Teamto develop and execute the brand's creative vision, ensuring that all design work aligns with brand standards and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain a consistent visual language and library for the brand across all sales channels and marketingtouchpoints
• Establish asystem for design presentations anddelivery
• Manage multiple projectsin partnership with the Junior Graphic Designer, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated cross-functionally
• Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices and emergingtechnologies
• Collaborate with theFounders andVice President of Marketing to execute the brand's creativevision
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to developbest-in-classcampaigns
• Assist with image retouching, color correction, and creating2D and 3D renderings for design concepts asneeded
• Collaborate withexternalcreativeagencies,marketing, andpackagingto developconcepts for product packaging that are on-brand, functional and within costtargets
• Assist with social media photo assets asneeded
• Design and produce visual content for online and in-store, including packaging design, visual merchandising, paid ads, email marketing campaigns, social media, events,product education,merch, and e-commerceassets
• Support brand video and photoshoots, and possess skills in illustration, animation andtypography
• Support all creative programs across brand marketing, retail, digital, product development, and events from conception toexecution
• Ensure all design work meets the brand's high standards for quality, innovation andaccuracy

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator,PremiereProand InDesign
• Ability to manage multiple products and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, startupenvironment
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills
• Passion for beauty, pop culture, great design and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visualcommunicationor related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a range of designproducts
• Must be based in Los Angeles
• Minimumfiveyears’experiencein graphic design, preferably in theprestigebeauty industry
• Familiarity with Notion, Monday.comor similar project management tools
