Senior Graphic Designer Jobs

THE OPPORTUNITY:

hint® water is seeking an energetic, multi-talented Sr. Graphic Designer with 4-6 years experience to produce a steady stream of engaging digital and print assets to be deployed across our DTC (Direct to Consumer) marketing efforts. This designer will maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, understand their goals and strategies, and create designs to address those strategies with the proper tone and brand alignment. This role requires creative and strategic thinking to concept engaging, consumer-relevant content, as well as the technical skills necessary to produce the content. Strong graphic design skills, aesthetic sensibility, and a collaborative attitude are crucial.

Successful candidates must have proven experience with:

• Direct Response campaigns
• Portfolio/demonstration of current / past Graphic Design work required prior to interview. Please provide direct link or website to view portfolio.
• Affiliate and Display Advertising Responsive Web design
• Landing page and Email design
• Facebook and Instagram ads (static and motion)
• Digital Marketing

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Deliver high-quality creative products while insisting on high standards for self/others on the creative team.
• Maintain an organized set of files, utilizing our project management systems and file servers.
• Infuse brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels: includes look and feel for all consumer-facing creative implemented online, in print and across social media platforms.
• Oversee and quality control the design of web projects. Work with the marketing team to identify and concept opportunities to improve user experience on the web site/mobile.
• Creatively interpret strategic vision of stakeholders and work collaboratively on development of content strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and copywriters to concept and design promo campaigns, with assets that include: email, display and affiliate ads, landing pages and social assets.
• Work in collaboration with Creative Director to develop and refine brand vision and guidelines.
• Consistently ensure top artistic and creative quality, while holding high standards for a collaborative design culture and professional development.
• Provide ongoing graphics and design support for drinkhint.com; assist with wireframes and user experience for site expansions and new features.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Team player with demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas
• Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner, with minimal supervision
• Expert in digital media requirements/technology, managing your work to the highest possible standards of production for all web, mobile, and email deliverables.
• 4-6 years experience in a similar role, ideally with some exposure to CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands and direct-response marketing
• Deep understanding of and experience in a wide-range of creative functions – typography, layout, color theory, photography and copy. Strong competency in related tools and production software, including but not limited to Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Acrobat.
• Excited to grow your design skills in a collaborative environment with a lively team culture
• Bachelor's Degree required preferably in graphic design or related field
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
