Charmed Aroma is a direct-to-consumer brand that introduces candles and bath bombs with jewelry inside! The company was started with the founder looking for the perfect gift for his girlfriend who happened to love jewelry and candles. So we combined them together and the rest is history!

Since then, our product portfolio has expanded to include other home decor and bath and body products like perfume, body lotion, and hand soap. Not to mention, we have a lot of franchise products with Disney and Warner Bros.

Charmed Aroma has over 1 million followers on social media and sold over 5 million units!

We have retail stores across Canada. Our online stores also ship around the globe which includes Canada, US, AUS, UK, and Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Come up with creative pitches, conceptual artwork on future products based on the company’s product management roadmap
• Ensure projects are finished on time and are coherent with the brand
• Label Design & Packaging Design for our future product pipeline
• Lead the concept of an entire products line [jewelry, glass jar, fragrance, label, and etc] and execute it
• Draw, sketch, visualize new designs for Charmed Aroma
• Create mood boards and inspiration for product launches (photoshoots, digital ads, social posts and newsletter)
• Pitch new and interesting designs suitable for Charmed Aroma products
• Participate/lead survey creations to identify what our customers want/need
• Trend reports on what’s the “ in ” thing for this [month, quarter, year, etc.]

What You Will Need

• Experience with photo editing
• Work well in fast-paced team settings and ability to meet tight deadlines on a continual basis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to take direction but also lead a team
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, optimistic, flexible, solutions thinker, problem solver
• You’re a hands-on and resourceful
• Ability to manage vendor relationships
• You have a passion for home decor, jewelry, and bath and body products

Hours will be flexible however we do expect some time cross over with the Toronto team so please expect to be available during 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST
