Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Director of Student Finance to oversee the financial aid teams at our two campuses. This is a hybrid role that enables you to work from home the bulk of the time, with travel to campus up to 25% of your time. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of an established financial aid program (federal, state, and institutional funds) that adheres to regulations with integrity, along with upholding the mission and vision through management of student financial aid operations and staff.

Responsible for compliance with requirements regarding Institutional Eligibility and Participation; Reporting; Student Eligibility; Disbursements; Return of Title IV Funds; G5 and Cash Management and Administrative Requirements associated the administration of Title IV programs. Your key responsibilities include recommending policy and procedure improvements, analyzing awarding practices, and guiding the creation and dissemination of all student aid materials. This is a full-time hybrid role.

• Strong operational and analytical skills with the ability to lead through influence and execute projects on-time and within budget.
• Experience working in higher education with diverse student populations.
• Proven experience in managing teams of diverse individuals, with ability to build consensus and manage change.
