Director Of Finance Jobs

We are seeking a Director of Finance to support various business areas of the business. As the Director of Finance, you will be a key leader, you will provide strategic thought leadership, financial analytical expertise, and people leadership to the Executive Vice Presidents and their teams.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

• Perform miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as directed by the manager.
• Accurately forecast financial performance and provide a broader strategic view of relevant revenue, expense, and capital expenditure areas.
• Oversee the capital planning process for capital expenditure portfolio.
• Build strong working relationships with business partners, providing insightful financial information to foster accountability and drive actionable initiatives.
• Develop and manage a team of finance professionals.
• Lead the financial business planning process for a large expense portfolio.
• Review financial performance with business partners to identify areas for improving financial outcomes.
• Handle other pertinent financial activities and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of financial performance against targets, previous business results, and relevant industry benchmarks.
• Initiate and lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing overall company performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in economic analysis, decision support, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4-year Degree.
• Experience overseeing a team in a leadership capacity
