The Director of Finance is a reliable professional with strong expertise to all accounting, financial and business principles. We are seeking a strategic thinker and an effective leader who can make the most profitable decisions with Executive Leadership to lead a premier Resort towards continued financial success. General Responsibilities:

• The Director of Finance is responsible for assisting the General Manager in maintaining proper controls for all financial operations in accordance as outlined by the Shaner Finance and Auditing Departments. You also oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the Resort as well as possible risks and guide the Resort towards profitability and long-term success.
